    I can see the efficiency of a nozzled prop working but I would have change my design a weeee bit. Here's a drawing of what I'm thinking.


    So the control arm that's in the cockpit on the floor next to you moves the propeller in and out of a cubby in the back of the machine. This way the propeller is protected when you drive out of the water and want to go Bahaing. I think this design fixes the issue that people have with not wanting to damage the propellers. I don't know how well it will slide in and out of the flanged bearing so I'm going to start there. See if that works and if it seals out the water. So there will be two control arms, one for each propeller.
