Max IV body sag

What is the best way to correct the body sag on the Max IV? and I have 2 bolts on either side of the body right behind the front seat they go thru the body over top the center tire what are these for?

Dave, for the two bolts, those most likely are to hold the seat belt(s) in place. For the body sag, check out these threads:
