Looks like a new top is going on the new tub. I just talked to Jay at RI why my old early 80's Max 4 top is too large for the new tub i just purchased. Apparently that is often the case, even with new tops. Something to do with the lunar cycles or something. In any case he said they use specially modified vice grips to clamp things in place. the best approach is to start from the ends and work to the middle. Ill take some photos of my disaster tomorrow. Have fun "WAPITA".

Moving right along there!Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

heres more pics of a old design that R.I used but does not anymore..this bracket will be
welded to the side of the seat frame and then a body washer and bolt will bolt
from the bottom and help hold up the lower hull and upper body..keeps body from
sagging over time..
