Hey all, I just got my Max all back together and thought I'd share my method for installing my suspension seat. It was pretty straight forward and turned out looking really nice. Hopefully it may help any of you out there that want to do the same.
Here is the mount I built. It's just two 2x6's cut to fit the width of the tub and two 2x4's to set on the frame rails, along with some l brackets to bolt it down. It makes for a seat height almost exactly the same as stock.

Here is it set in place....

and with the seat in place.

I painted it black to match the floor

This is all the trimming of the floor that is necessary. I was happy about that just in case I ever want to switch it back.

Last, here is the end result!

The only disadvantage I can see it that you can't pull up the floor without removing the seat. The one thing I will probably still do is trim the corners of the 2x6's to allow removal of the hold down nuts without using a swivel.
I can't wait to test it out!
