The only way I would do a T-20 swap is to put it in an Argo. I wanted to get rid of the mechanical calipers on the mid mounted discs and floor mounted hand brake and replace them with a pair of hydraulic units I had around. Also wanted to move the laterals over to make room for the passenger. I put the controls on the right side to balance out the engine on the left. This project started because the tub had a hole in it.

Looking great there Mark, is this the machine that Tom has been driving?

Yes, its the machine Tom Z was driving. New lower tub with front, middle and rear skidplates. Argo axle seals. New splined rear axles and sprockets. new middle and front pinned axles with inboard locking collars. Old style popsicle stick trans with heim joint for the controls. Maybe do a split shift. This rebuild is for the long haul. The Leaking hull and Busco mud just killed it.
