After waaaaay to long of period of time I am back at it.

There is no way I will drop 735 bucks on a rad...all this time I have been searching for correct rad.
I picked up material to make another plate..the other one didnt fit well and I wasnt happy with the twist it had it wouldnt seal.

Slightly thinner plate and I will begine to fab up the remote rad design.

Ordered a tiny not much bigger than my fist 40 amp alternator. This will be the start of the modified cooling/charging system.

Once that stock rad came off w the stock fan/dynamo 1.5 amp....I had to be able maintain battery charge state and also power accessories like cooling pumps and fans.

So once lil bugger comes in I can work out mounting details. Then it is time to work out cooling system w possible electric pump and fan.

I miss riding around in the machine here on the farm...its handy for moving stuff w my trailer and so on. Didnt realize how handy till not have it.

If this works as well as I hope....it could be TURBO time too

Crap......bit the bullet....ordered a radiator from Kubota. Awaiting arrival....not too common so 2-4 weeks delivery....

Seems strange since they where used in refrigeration units on trucks???

Oh well not much else to add other than tired of not having my machine running.

I will update once I get it fired and running again

Rad not in....grrr

This is cheaper and likely do the job.

I also ripped into what appears to be a minkota 12v trolling motor less controls.

It had a dislodged magnet and some corrosion due to water. I removed all parts and sandblasted the motor case out of rust and corrosion along with the lose magnet. Hope to epoxy the magner in this weekend and assemble and test. If it works then its tear it down install new seals and bearings and assemble it with a nice dose of RTV to keep out the H2O!

GOSH HOW i hope it works....thrust for water propulsion...finally.
