hello fellow mudders,
well I picked up a really cool ridge runner the other day that was sitting in a barn, I think its a 72 but its the one that kinda looks like a ppt ,,, anyway really clean......butttttt !! it is missing the ever looked for and valuble track!!! it has one good one and one that isn't there......so does anyone out there know where I can get one , does a Cushman track fit without modifications , I need help and phone numbers.... this old girl want a second chance at life can anyone help. sonny in NH

did a youtube search for you as I remembered this machine here, this guy has one with 2" paddle tracks on his...freaking awesome...so maybe just a different pair of tracks will work for you?????

I saw that one on youtube....it is awesome....im trying to conact that guy thru the post but nothing yet...... meanwhile .....im picking it up around 2;00 pm and bringing it to my buddys wharehouse..... I need the right timeing to break this to my wife so she doesn't throw up and make me remodel the kitchen or something like that....she believes in one for one......I get something ..she gets something....im not happy with this ......ill post the pics when I get back, thanks for all your help out there .

This is the first "open cockpit" Ridge Runner I've seen. The only other pictures that I remember are the ones LarryW posted a few years ago. It seems similar to what Cushman did with the regular Tracksters and the Marsh Models.

nice...at least you get to buy her something cool.......she dosnt like to drive that's why everything I get is a side by side......I got my wife from the city......she was raised by a bunch of *****s.

I know where one of those is sitting in the weeds, I drive by it everyday on my way home from work, never paid much attention to it until you posted about yours. All I can see of it from the road is the front hood, I was thinking it was some kind of carnival ride car, but after seeing the pics on here, it is definatly a Ridgerunner. I quess I'll have to stop and inquire about it tonight...

Try to contact Joe at Joe's garage. I think he has a link on Route 6x6. He was big into tracksters . Also there is a Cushman trackster link here in the link section. Maybe these links will help you get hooked up for parts ?

I stopped and looked at the one I saw in the weeds tonight. It looks pretty complete, I'm going to pick it up tomorrow.
The tracks on a Trackster are totally different. The tracks on the Ridge runner actually look to be the same as a Yamaha snowmobile, actually saw Yamaha on them. Just what I needed, another project...
