  • I had already considered this as I have 2 roll bars to choose from and maby parts of the tube frame also about 80 feet of 2" tubing is in the frame. I Think I just want an air tank shiney and clean. Besides if I crack this tube 8 wheeling I could be dead in the water literaly. I will put on a yellow curly hose to blow up tires also.

      • Here is the pump drive shaft, This goes thru a 4 bolt flg brg thru a seal and the splines go into the pump. It will have a pillow block on the other end.

        • Here is a pic of just how the pump drive gets its power. The crank bolt has a 1" shaft on it now then a flex coupling to the drive shaft that the clutch is on this clutch engauges the pump shaft just below it.

                    • Im stuck waiting for machine work and the machinist is sick. The aluminum welder forgot to weld my part and the 12vdc air compressor I bought on ebay a month ago never came. I had to start a complaint about him. At work I was rebuilding a cartoner and pulled out a 1 1/4 splinged shaft stainless of course that had 4 stainless sprockets about 25 teeth #40 chain on it. The shaft must be 25 inches long. Dont some of you use this type of axle shaft?

                      • Got my splined shaft back and the aluminum piece that welds to the hull, doing some cutting and fitting then off to the welder to have the parts welded into the hull. Then its just assembling the parts and the pump should be running. Fedx was responsible for my missing compressor they are trying to get me another.http://youtu.be/NRvw9MLtb5A
