We're all reading, great to hear from you. Was going to direct you to the North Carolina race if it gets a turn out.
What part did you end up in?

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
          Joe Camel never does that.

If you show up we'll get you a Fedora and you can be the team owner. If the machines get tuned down for the youngins you'll have just as good a time.

Can someone explain this to me a little better? I just want to make sure that I am doing it correctly. Thanks

"Belts must be attached directly to the frame or in the same area of vehicle as the roll-bars and on a plane parallel to the bottom of the driver’s seat, or lower. Please make sure that any excess belt be cut off or taped up so it DOES NOT get caught in the chains."

Actually a good question if you have a suspension seat. I would think if the suspension seat has suficent structure the belts can be mounted to the seat support. I suppose limiting straps or cables would also work if the seat does not have a separate frame.

I was thinking the same thing, Marc. If the seat moves and the belts are mounted directly to the frame, it'll eventually start to hurt.

So, "Do It- Do It", seat belts mounted to seat frame with limiting straps of safety material.
That's done for tech inspection. PHEW!

Exactly its simple solid seat mount belt to frame behind under seat suspension seat mount to seat with limiter strraps and make sure nothing can get caught up in the chains or sprockets
