Max 2 Transmission Fluid

Hello!

Can anyone tell me the best transmission fluid to use to service my Max II? Thanks!

Hi Jeff. Your Max has a T20 transmission. If you will search the site, you will find a lot of discussion on the fluid to use. Here's a couple threads to get you started:

Basically, use 1 quart of ATF. Alternatively you can choose whether or not to use a friction modifier.

Yes, the search button is your friend. After studying up a bunch of posts on this via a bunch of searches I ended up using NAPA ATF type F fluid, 28 ounces. Then I added 4 ounces of Aqua Torque from NAPA (friction modifyer).
