The Superchief is a GREAT machine and the fastest production AATV ever built. You'll have loads of fun with it!

            • Hello I've been interested in amphibious vehicles for a while. I was looking to purchase an Argo 8x8, but while on your site I found a coot and I think that would do me better. anyone know the pros and cons of ether one please let me know I'm new to this thanks

              • Hi jrich, welcome to the site. The coot and an Argo 8x8 are very different machines. The biggest difference is that the Coot isn't skid steer and because of that, it will have a larger turning radius than an Argo. Some Coots had four wheel steering and those seemed to turn ok but the two wheel steering Coots don't turn very tightly at all. The Argo is larger of course and it has the capacity to haul more people, gear, etc. Search the site for plenty of more information on both models. Good luck with your purchase, whichever you choose.

Hi, I just bought a bigfoot with 900 hours and searched until I found this forum. This machine has been very well taken care of. It runs well and swims with very little leakage. It is supposed to have new bearings. All that aside I am sure to be working on it so am happy to have found you. BTW Saginaw means "stinking waters" in the origional indian language. I like the smell of swamp.

                        • Hey Loco, does your 340 Scrambler look like this?

6X6World member Jerseybigfoot used to race Scramblers and he has one of these too. They're a limited production race model. I'm sure he could tell you more. If you could post up some pictures, we'd love to see it. Welcome to the site!
