Hello, need help with my attex 400 chief. I have a jlo 297 engine to install but it seems like there should be a motor mount to bolt to the bottom of the engine and in turn bolt to the existing steel motor plate that the attex came with. can anyone advise what I need to bolt this engine on properly. thanks Stephen#1
Welcome Stepen#1, post your question in the Attex forum for better results. I believe if you currently have the stock engine mount in the 400 you would have to drill some new holes as it was set up for a 2 cylinder or get a 2 cylinder as they mount directly to the mount with rubber isolators/mounts.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Mack 904 here. I recently acquired a Starcraft 6x6 and need some parts and information. I live in north east Indiana close to Starcraft plant. I worked for starcraft when they were making these and always wanted one. Found one at a garage sale while back and gave $100.00 for it. Hadn't been run in 12 years. Cleaned fuel system and added new battery. IT LIVES!!! Needs chains and some bearings. The body waxed up excellent. Will post pictures in the future. I'm retired and love to play.
Those starcrafts are pretty cool. Get good quality US made chain on eBay. Buffalo bearing is a good source for bearings as well. You got a great deal! I can't wait to see pics.

Hi ccblock, welcome to the forum. If you will search through the track forum, you should be able to find a few discussions on homemade tracks and different sizes but I'm not sure you will find full dimensioned specifications.

Welcome Ed
There are quite a few Michigan riders and do a few rides every year.
The last was down at Bundy Hill ATV park in Jerome (MIS speedway area).
I live over on the sunrise side of the state in St.Clair Shores and Port Hope.
Keep an eye on the Michigan Riders thread http://www.6x6world.com/forums/local...an-riders.html
My name is Darryl and I've just picked up a very sad-looking French Poncin VP2000. It took me the better part of an afternoon just figuring out exactly what it is.
This VP2000 has the twin propeller drives and I am determined to get it all going again.
Hope to chat with some of you fella's about my restoration on the 'other aatv's' forum.
