So that's how you did it with no kinks in the material. 45° bends with hollow material never look that good when done by me on harbor fright equipment. Any hollow tube with that degree of bend ends up stress cracked or creased.Originally posted by jerseybigfoot View PostFortunately I have access to some nice hydraulic benders. Material is 7/8" x .120 4130.l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

nice exoskeleton looks like it's tied into the suspension chassis, are they mudflap brackets I see on the sides? Still going to run stock rollbar?sigpic
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Yes, it's connected to the suspension side plates in the front and back. The main support is attached to the existing roll bar pins with legs down to the chassis. Yes they are fender supports. The upper body can be lifted up for service without removing the roll cage.Originally posted by ARGOJIM View Postnice exoskeleton looks like it's tied into the suspension chassis, are they mudflap brackets I see on the sides?
