    • Welcome to the site "obey the 6x6". :wavey" For your exhaust question try starting a new thread in the Argo forum and someone will probably be able to give you some recommendations.

      • What a great site! Thanks so much! Hello, I've been into aatv for a while, around twenty years. First one and still one I have is a 484cc Attex. Also bought a Hustler soon after the Attex and that is all I have. The Hustler is a Fiberglass one, with a 400cc motor and jet pump. Thanks again everyone here, just started to look at the pictures and can't believe the unbelievable machines I see! fencepostjed

        • Hi
I found this forum through YouTube videos. They were great! I have little experience with ATV's, having had a Chineese 2x4 250cc for a couple of months. I quickly realized that the A in ATV for that machine really should be an S, for "Some Terrain Vehicle". I have now bought a MAX II 2006 Model. It will be delivered in about a week. I just cant wait!
Here in Norway almost any kind of offroad motorized activity in illegal, but of course there are secret places where no one comes :-).
I really look forward to drive the MAX, in the 6x6world videos people of all kinds seems to have so much fun.

          • Hi skarven and welcome to the site! Now you will see what both "A"'s stand for in AATV. Sorry about all the restrictions (sounds like a few places I've been, lol) but it sounds like you have the plan. Enjoy your new ride!

            Joe.

              • Hey guys, I picked up a 1995 Max IV last sunday, makes some noises which I found out today what they were since it was the forst time really getting it out...splitting spindles. Whoever had it before didnt put solids on and they are junk, however, I was able to ride and do some good mudding. I love this machine, cant wait to get it riding and running 100%. I will be asking lots of questions so I hope you guys are ready! Great site here, glad I joined. I am in Pittsburgh if anyone wants to let me know if there is anything local. I will check the other threads.

                  • Name is Garrett. I've been collecting machines to hurt myself for quite a few years now (dirt bikes, pit bikes, an atc 70, etc.) and just found a 6x6 to add to the stable. These things look rediculous!!! I can wait to get it home and start workin on getting it running.

                          • That Cuyuna 440 is an excellent motor and it is very potent. It'll really move that Alsport Tracker around as fast as you could ever want to go.

                              • Hello all, I'm new to the 6x6 world, but i have admired them and wanted one since i was a kid. My interest was recently revived and i found a good deal on an attex listed on craigs list. Its a total project but there a few good things going for it. The trans is good and the engine runs. The bad is the body it cracked really bad and will probably never swim. I got it running and blasted around the yard all weekend...... i'm hooked. So I've decided to disassemble and start the rebuild. I've pulled the engine and plan to go with a 4 stroke. I'll be attempting the welds on the abs and see where it goes... The resources here have been great. I look forward to more.
