Hi j.palmer25, welcome to the forums. There are a lot of us in the NC area and we try to ride in Goldsboro, NC twice a year. Check out the trail ride forum for the latest date of our next ride in October and try to make it down if you can. It's a great place to ride.

Hi gc argo, welcome to the site. You have a handful of ATV owners fairly close to you in and around Phoenix. Check out some of the springer threads to see some videos from their rides:
Also, they are planning a big ride next year here: http://www.6x6world.com/forums/trail...zona-ride.html
Good to have another Phoenix member on the site.

The argo life is the life for me!!! After waiting years i finally found a local argo for sale. i got a 2000 argo vanguard with 25" rawhide III and a badlands 3000lb winch about a month ago and ive never been happier. Took it to Jw Corbett in south florida and tired everything i could to get it stuck and it performed flawlessly. Ive ridden dirtbikes and atvs all my life and i can say theres nothing like a 6x6!!! If anyone wants to go riding in south florida PM me ive found some great places at the corbett that our machines were made for! Cant wait to get back out there!!

Hello my name is greg. i just registered as a member of 6x6 world. I was wanting to see what other people had done for their 6x6's. I recently purchased an attex st340i with and extra frame and body and a frame with a t20. I got it running but got sick of the atv 7000 tranny and modified it to take the t20.

Howdy folks, another Greg here - tomorrow I'm going to go pick up a non-runner Attex. ST400h? Guess I'll see, but the price is right, and all the parts are supposed to be there. Not that I need another project, but I'd like a project that's small, and that Attex fits that bill. As to other machines, I've got a '66M35A2 6x6, a '73 Rokon Trailbreaker, couple of CT90's, a '98 XR400 (lots of mods on that one), a '85 Suburban with a Cummins in it, and a backyard that's a code enforcement officers dream.
Anyway, great site, and lots of info to go through. Depending on how the machine looks, I might be making a suspension for it, and probably disposing of some parts that are un-needed. I think it has the 7000 tranny in it, and a twin two stroke...but I like 4 strokes myself, so I'll probably head that direction. All up in the air now, these things have a habit of changing once I get a close look....

I will have to figure out how to post pictures. and currently i am replacing the o-rings on the t20 so it wont be runnung just right yet. I did contact someone who had a 500 cc yamaha 2-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine that has electronic fuel injection so i will be converting to that too. does anyone know how to hook up your electrical(lights, solenoids, electric start, etc).

New to site, really enjoy and great info!
Just bought used max IV. seems to be in great shape. Would like to locate a manual but not sure of year. serial number is 7374. Anyone know how to tell what year and are there an y manuals online to download?
Also considering using to plow snow this winter. Found countryatv here in Ohio but would like to find cheaper alternative - perhaps a used mount/plow or "easy" way to make your own.
Thanks for any input. Dan (dec is login)

Greg, NEVER deal with Richard Clark/Route6x6. First off, he gets his Max and T-20 parts from Recreatives and then jacks up the price and adds a super high shipping and "handling" charge. Most of the other parts he sells are inferior quality, his prices are ridiculously high, his customer service is horrible, and he has burned MANY people in the 6x6 community. Try going directly through Recreatives and save yourself money and headaches.
