I am new to the 6X6 world. I just pick up a 1994 or 1995 Max IV up hear in Maine. It’s in good shape. How do you tell the year by the SN? I will speak to you all soon.

Welcome sgtlane04901,
Look for cbass's thread sounding of max serial numbers. You may be able to pinpoint the year from there. It is a very useful thread and I use it somewhat often to do just what you are looking to do. The other option is to call RI directly and give them your serial number. They can give you a ton of great info on your machine.l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

Hello everyone!
I've never owned an AATV before, but have always been fascinated by them. I came across this site while doing some research, and am completely blown away by the wealth of experience and knowledge being shared here! I've been toying with the idea of upgrading from my trusty Tundra snowmobile to a tracked Argo as my ice fishing machine, and have been trying to gather all the info I can about them. Particularly the performance of some of the different models and track systems in the cold, on the ice and in deep snow and slush. What I've found so far has been very enlightening!

Hi! This is Les (maxking)! I was a max dealer from 1995-2001. I was the dealer from michigan that put together the MaxZilla 18X18. It got me alot of attention for those years, it was even featured in "Dirt Wheels" magazine! In those few years I managed to move 212 new max vehicles. We had alot of fun back then, and many of my loyal customers became good friends! I still love to do it off-road with my max, and I still have MaxZilla!

Well I am praying that by next year I will have something to ride in too. Looking forward to another wounderful year.
